For all markets and countries shown above and below, the pre-depression high was in late 2007, and then there was a Depression low in early 2009. If a market is currently lower than the 2009 Depression low shown below, then (a)It is a new depression low for that market (and for that country) and (b)That country is indisputably in a serious economic depression that will continue on indefinitely.
